Good curl definition, slow shipping
I ordered the Wave Hello Curl Defining Shampoo and Conditioner, and also the Wave Hello Curl Cream. The products themselves are really nice. My curls felt soft and well-defined, not crunchy at all. I have fine hair, and these didn't weigh it down. Shipping, though, took longer than I expected, almost 9 days to get to me in California. I contacted customer service once about the tracking, and they were polite and helpful, just said it was a high volume period. Overall, happy with the product quality and how it worked for my hair. Just be prepared for a bit of a wait on delivery.
